01 Who we are

Blasty Digital (CIPC reg. no. 2026/728005/07) is responsible for the personal information you share with us. We follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). For any privacy question or request, contact our Information Officer at [email protected].

02 What we collect

• Contact details: your name or business name, email address and WhatsApp or phone number.
• Booking details: the service you're interested in and your preferred consultation time.
• Project information: the content, photos, logos and feedback you send us for your project.
• Billing details: what's needed to send quotes and invoices and to match your payments.

We don't ask for or keep your card or banking passwords.

03 How this website handles your information

• Booking form: the form doesn't store your details on our website. When you tap "Send on WhatsApp", it opens WhatsApp with your request filled in, and you choose whether to send it.
• Blasty Bot: our chat assistant answers in your browser and doesn't save your conversation. If you continue on WhatsApp, your message goes to us through WhatsApp.
• Fonts: this site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your device's IP address when the page loads.
• Your browser: the site remembers whether you've closed the chat bubble, only for your current visit.

04 Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and book your consultation
• To prepare quotes and invoices, and to deliver your project
• To provide support and monthly maintenance, if you choose it
• To keep the financial records the law requires

We won't add you to marketing lists without your permission, and you can opt out at any time.

05 Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We only share it with services we use to run the business, such as WhatsApp, our email and hosting providers, payment providers and, where needed for your project, printers or couriers. We share only what each one needs.

06 How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we're working together and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for tax records. When it's no longer needed, we delete it securely.

07 Keeping it safe

We use password-protected accounts and reputable service providers, and we limit access to the people working on your project.

08 Your rights

Under POPIA you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you
• correct or update it
• delete it, where we're not required by law to keep it
• stop using it for marketing

Email us to make a request. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).

09 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
